Real Happiness - Fantastic Meditation Book!

Real Happiness is one of the best books about Meditation out there. Sharon Saltzberg discusses many types of Meditation and it also includes an audio CD containing guided Meditations.

Louise Hay is one of the most popular practitioners of Affirmations. This book discusses wonderful ways to look at your life in a different manner.

Great book if you feel you are getting caught up in the negative drama of life.

Pema Chodron is a master at explaining how NOT to get caught up in the drama of life. She talks about being present and just staying with whatever situation arises.

Getting Unstuck

When you feel like you are stuck in a rut then this book is for you. It’s a great lesson in how to just be with the present moment and what that will bring to your well being.

Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life

The teachings of the Tao are laid out in a beautiful way in this book. Dr. Dyer discusses all 81 versus in the Tao Te Ching. Don’t get wigged out by all of this – the book is very easy to understand and implement in your everyday life.
